@AZJCW_26@CohenSite Building this still frees up housing for others. They have to vacate something to come get ripped off here. That, in the end, helps create housing - something you say you’d like to do.
@seandsweeney The inflation has gone too far. O understand how organic can seem to be BS at first, but you can tell the difference (before even beginning to think about the things you can’t see). The most obvious is organic apple vs conventional.
@LA_Multi_Fam Have you heard any news of bumping this up?
And/or know if any socal municipalities (thinking West Hollywood) would allow small variances?
