@UKEnterprise Have fallen unbelievably short of expectations and in fact even basic human decency this morning! Absolutely disgusted to be told by the manager of the Peterborough city centre branch that my autism makes him uncomfortable! So much for the autism acceptance and the equality act hey!

I'm sure they are great value. However I'm not sure if they are in @Morrisons stores only. As despite having no meat products in our "trolley" when attempting to add them, the app said "max quantity" and it wasn't possible to add them to the order.
If the offer is in store only, it's a real kick in the nuts (and discriminatory) to disabled customers who have to use home delivery as in store shopping is not possible for them. #shoppingonline #supermarkets #food #disability #offers #meat

Decision paralysis is a common trauma symptom that can make survivors feel stupid & "weak"-- but you need to know you're absolutely not the first, last, or only survivor to struggle w/ "simple" choices. There's neuropsychology behind it. It's not about intelligence or "will."

Because you CAN tolerate a tremendous amount of pain & bullsh*t-- as most trauma survivors can, due to long experience-- it doesn't mean you should have to...or that you should.

Trauma survivors are very often overwhelmingly empathic-- & that empathy very often includes our abusers. Of course it does.

But it's a game changer when our empathy-- which is one of our best qualities-- no longer interferes w/ setting boundaries & holding others accountable.
