@RPMComo Dry your eyes and stop whinging away.
Just accept your idea (however laudable in intent) was a risk too much to be financially viable.
Nothing wrong in that - just stop banging on about it.
@thoughtland Well done @Peston for actually asking this question - a question that's never really been raised over the last few years, where economic inequality has flourished.
Yer man answers it perfectly.
@celtic_jaime Well said CJ.
In this part of Scotland we all have family and friends that support the other team, in Paisley here we also have St Mirren.
I enjoy a good laugh - I utterly detest when it gets nasty or personal.
We need more stuff like this on this cesspit of a site. ๐
@MittensOff Working in Schools in England when Gove as Education Secretary, aided by Dominic Cummings, they effectively privatised schools through their 'forced academisation' programme.
Stripping away all the collective benefits and fairness that scools had under Local Authority control.
@stellacreasy@cleowatson88@helen_macnamara Maybe if more of our MPs went to fun, innocent events like silent Discos, rather than freebie led corporate/lobbyist events - then we might have more understanding and caring governance and opposition.
@DaleVince We really need a bold Government - committed to a major household/business infrastructure project.
A move to change from gas/oil heating systems to an electrical system.
Scotland already produces more electricity than it needs through renewables, yet costs here are a rip off.
@ScotRail The amount of people replying to this who have not actually read what it is about is staggering.
Fair play to @ScotRail I actually think this is a good idea.
@davidyelland@SkyNews@GBNEWS I've absolutely no idea why 24 hours news channels want to discuss day old news stuff from the printed press.
Unless, the ulterior motive is to go hard on some opinion piece.
@1969_Just_Joe@yvonneridley@georgegalloway@ScottishLabour@AnasSarwar@Keir_Starmer Yeah, he blocked me for querying his credentials then.
The 'socialist' in bed with the Torys in the All4Unity party, fighting against Scottish Independence.
Hardly got a vote.
He quickly jumped ship to the 'Workers Party' - kidding on he's a socialist again.
Charlatan - avoid
@LizWebsterSBF At the end of the day, the oil was in Scottish waters and we got absolutely shafted by Westminster.
Even now, our only chance of getting away from the toxic UK is at the whim of whoever occupies 10 Downing Street.
