@yourtherapypet such a bummer. Have been charged for 3 years with no letter. They claim I haven’t called back or emailed back, but it is the opposite. Have been dealing with them for 2 weeks now and still no solution. Customer service isn’t good and they don’t take responsibility
@FairTheApp I have been getting calls 7 times a day from you all, with no voice message. I have already spoken to numerous people on how I have been over charged and as well as other customers. I have not had a car since last June and I am still dealing with this nightmare!
@FairTheApp after multiple calls, there is still no answer to over charging me and others. I now have been waiting for 3 weeks. I refuse to be on the phone for hours for a mistake that you all made...
@FairTheApp was over charged for insurance, got a check to cover the over charge, then called again because I had another fee attached that said "other" called and said they want the money back that they gave us to cover their mistake again.
