Have been told the number plate is HW16 DXU

@OPinkney photo attached of car that went past me last night on the Isle of Wight throwing objects and hitting me. I belief the number plate is HW16 DXJ after the best I could do editing a frame from my camera attached to my bike. Can you see if you can do better incase wrong?

@ItsDogeCoin I think I have worked it out now, I set up to auto buy and the price keeps going up! But when I do buy the price goes down. I will see how long it lasts and if it drops when I do buy more ha ha
