Interesting chat with complaints yesterday - apparently @O2 T&Cs don't apply for things O2 should be doing - and the service you (don't adequately) provide is exempt from the goods and services act legislation... who knew...

@O2 Hi, we're more than a month on and there are still signal issues, both where I live and where I work - not sure it's right I'm paying what I am each month for such rubbish signal

@O2 your network coverage checker shows good signal outdoors and indoors, but then you have to search elsewhere to see there are ongoing mast issues impacting signal strength in the same place - isn't that misleading? @Ofcom

@northernassist I'm not sure discussing it further will change anything? The summer timetable shows an apathy to improving the service, and I dont doubt other customers have shared their feedback on the substandard service being operated.

@northernassist woefully overcrowded commute from Earlestown to Manchester again - it's so disappointing the summer timetable doesn't fix the scheduling and capacity issues.

@tfwrail It was hilarious to see the train still running, as the empty train sailed past a platform of people. Why not stop and take people on the way?

@tfwrail the main commuter train to Manchester, that gets in before 9am, has been cancelled because more trains than usual needing repairs... why not cancel earlier / later running services that are quieter and less used?

@northernassist when are you due to review timetables again? A shortformed commuter train once per hour is ridiculous. This one is full leaving Piccadilly - good luck to anyone travelling from any subsequent stations

@tfwrail another shortformed service - when do you review your poor performance and put in place tangible improvements. People were left behind at the station this morning - should people expect more from TfW?
