It could all go to Social Security and Social Security would be depleted by 2038 instead of 2034.

It can be considered tax revenue for 2026, and we would still have a .6 trillion dollar federal deficit and it would be right back to over 1.7 trillion next year.

The problem is not Elon Musk, it is the federal government.

If you combine the net worths of all the billionaires and one trillionaire (≈20 trillion) on earth and gave it to the US government you can only cover 6-7 years of the projected annual deficit.
