You don’t need to take setups every day.
Learn to stay on your hands until a worthy setup presents itself.
5 quality setups in a week are better than 15 “maybe it plays out” trades.
Don’t rush into random trades just because others are posting their first setup of the year.
Does a worthy setup guarantee no stop loss? No.
But out of 5 worthy setups:
2 hitting TP and 3 losses at minimum RR of 1:4 = +5R
3 hitting TP and 2 losses = +10R for the week
That is the definition of edge.
As my mentor @Fznation01 says:
“Don’t waste your capital on trades that push you into drawdown, so that when the worthy setup comes, you’re trading just to breakeven.”
Learn to wait.
Protect your capital.
Trade only worthy setups.
Lammens, Mbeumo, Cunha, Benji; for the competence they added, the character they brought, big love for them. Lammens specifically, i’m so happy that’s our Gk.
Bruno staples himself as one of the best this league has ever seen.
UCL football & a foundation to build on. BUILD.
You can’t even argue he’s not the best player in the league individually this season, I mean regardless of league title or not, he’s operate on a different level this season, he’s the highest rated player this season, 20 assists this season which is an EPL record by the way, might break it in the next match too, 28 G/A only behind Haaland (35) in the league, created 32 big chances this season, the closest person is at (19), that’s 13 more which would still have put him in top 7 in the league, average (3.9) key passes in the league, that’s the highest in the league and top 5 in Europe top 5 leagues. He has more than 5 games he’s created more than 3 big chances in a game, he operates at a level higher than everyone in the league individually and you can’t argue against that.
He was not just numbers-padding football. When you actually watch him, you can feel the game bending around him. Every attack flows through him, every dangerous sequence starts with him seeing something before everyone else on the pitch sees it. Defenders already know what he wants to do and still can’t stop it consistently. That’s usually the sign of a genuinely elite season when predictability doesn’t matter because the execution level is too high. Where you just at a level higher than everyone.
And what separates seasons like this from normal “good” seasons is volume plus consistency. A lot of players can have hot streaks, a lot of creators can farm assists in systems, but sustaining this level every week while being the main focus of every opposition setup is different. Teams go into games trying to isolate him, double him, cut passing lanes around him, and he still ends up creating four or five chances anyway.
This is one of those seasons people will appreciate even more years later when they look back at the numbers and realize how absurd the gap actually was between him and everyone else creatively.
Well deserved award.
With respect to your opinion Sam, using team wins for an individual accolade
is a weak argument. By that logic, the best player always comes from the best team.
Bruno’s had more goals, assists, chances created and overall responsibility while carrying a dysfunctional United side. He has single-handedly took United to the UCL. Rice has been excellent in a stable Arsenal system, but Bruno has been United’s system all season.
That’s the difference.

Series: The New Man in Christ – His Work, Worship & Warfare
Date: 12th April, 2026
Strong foundation on the New Man in Christ Jesus, focusing on understanding the believer from a New Testament perspective.
2 Corinthians 5:17:
“Therefore, if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.”
The emphasis was that the believer is not an improved version of the old self, but an entirely new creation, a new order of being that did not previously exist.
“All that is related to the old order has vanished. Behold, everything is fresh and new.”
The Old Man vs The New Man
The teaching established that the New Testament speaks of two identities:
• The Old Man – corrupt, shaped by sin, rooted in Adam
• The New Man – created after God, in righteousness and true holiness, renewed in knowledge after Christ
Ephesians 4:22–24
Colossians 3:9–10
Salvation is not just forgiveness, it is a change of identity.
The Inward Man vs The Outward Man
A key distinction was also made between:
• The Outward Man – the physical body and external life
• The Inward Man – the hidden man of the heart
2 Corinthians 4:16
1 Peter 3:4
The teaching emphasized that Christianity focuses primarily on the inward man, not outward appearance.
• Outward: appearance, clothing, physical expression
• Inward: character, spirit, righteousness, peace, and joy
Romans 14:17
The Importance of the Inward Man
The inward man is where:
• God works
• Faith operates
• Transformation begins
Philippians 2:13
It was clearly stated that God works from the inside out.
The inward man, once strengthened and developed, determines the outcome of the outward life.
True strength in the believer is not outward, but inward.
What Happens at Salvation
At salvation:
• The inward man is recreated
• The old man is replaced with the new man
• The outward man remains the same, but must now be brought under control
The Christian life is the development and expression of the inward man.
Adam vs Christ – Two Orders of Humanity
1 Corinthians 15:45–47
• Adam – the first man, earthly, through whom sin and death came
• Jesus Christ (the Last Adam) – the life-giving Spirit, who brought redemption
Through Christ:
• The Adamic race came to an end at the cross
• A new race of men came into existence
1 Peter 1:23
“Born again… of incorruptible seed…”
Third thought communicated is that man is a tripate being. He is a spirit, has a soul and lives in a body.
The soul is the place of expression. The soul doesn't change when you get born-again. It has spent years expressing the life of the old man and has been conditioned and programmed to do that.
Now that the new man exists the soul must learn the laws of this new life.
God seeks to re programme the soul to conform to our new nature in Christ.
Key Takeaways
• The believer is a new creation, not a modified old self
• Christianity is about identity, not behavior adjustment
• The inward man is the focus of God’s work
• True growth is the renewal and strengthening of the inward man
• The outward life is a reflection of the inward condition
Closing Thought
The believer’s journey is to understand who he has become in Christ, develop the inward man, and allow that life to be expressed in daily living.
Lessons From This Week
Don’t predict where price must reach before buying or selling.
If the checklist aligns, execute.
Execution must be mechanical once structure confirms.
You are not meant to predict.
You are meant to react to structure.
Discipline > Prediction.
New week. New trades.
Before you look for entries, define the structural environment (trend).
Are we bullish or bearish from HTF?
Then define the phase:
Expansion (impulse) or Correction (reversal)?
Trend + Phase.
If one is unclear, sit out. Don’t force trades.
And this week, pray for one thing:
“Lord, open my eyes.”
Observation is a trader’s hidden edge.

@QueenXenthe The words "points". Always note that price can always move from any where. We are not the owner of the market. Know this and have peace of mind.
Mark out the points and see the reaction. If it meets your checklist, execute.
Hesitation is a killer.
