High school coaching has to get back to its roots — developing young men. Winning matters, yes. We all want to win. But growth matters just as much. The harsh reality of football is 96–97% of these kids won’t play after high school. Make their experience something they remember forever. Even the kid who won’t play college ball can impact your program. You never know who needs this game for those few hours a day.
