@FrugalPharm I've been having the same story popping into my head 😆

@bradchoosefi 2 free nights at the Park Hyatt in Milan, we did not fit in 😆

I'm Tami. I run a community gifting group & food pantry. My time & labor goes to cleaning, sorting, & gifting items on my unpredictable chronic illness schedule. My dream is to dedicate 100% of my energy to this important work. Will you join me? https://t.co/gd2ItgkptC

@FinanceHippy can I pay with points?

[Kevin @KevinToFI]

@AdultingIsEasy 100%, freelancing and side hustling

[Kevin @KevinToFI]

@FinanceHippy the best bet is likely Starlink for Internet

[Kevin @KevinToFI]

@FinanceHippy yes, heat pumps are incredibly efficient, love them. I went the DIY route & my two 1 room units cost about $2.5k. Read up on the tax credits/state subsidies that were in the Inflation Reduction Act - I think you can get a large system installed by pros for essentially $0 in 2023

[Kevin @KevinToFI]

@FinanceHippy for a similar budget I'm leaning towards buying a 40 foot shipping container. Not as nice looking, but great for storage

[Kevin @KevinToFI]

awesome!

BREAKING: Soon, there will be NO more cub petting in the U.S.

Tonight, the Senate passed the Big Cat Public Safety Act. The bill is headed to Biden’s desk for signature. This law will end Tiger King-style cub petting in the U.S., and ban big cat breeding & selling.

@karadetwiller this is why I work as a freelancer as well! Love making a good living with flexible part-time hours (usually 20-30/week)

[Kevin @KevinToFI]

@liltwinastra we get a lot of hail, so a metal roof makes even more sense in CO, but I think they can be great on most houses. Depending on the metal you may have a 60-70 year lifespan. In hot/sunny areas they can reflect heat instead of absorbing it

[Kevin @KevinToFI]

@FinanceHippy marijuana grow?

[Kevin @KevinToFI]

@FinanceHippy @liltwinastra get a metal roof put on first!

[Kevin @KevinToFI]

@matthew2point0 I hope Jeff Bridges lives long enough to act in it

[Kevin @KevinToFI]

@Blind__Luck babies are part of society, and families are allowed to exist in public spaces. Just mute the volume on your kid's iPad for god's sake

[Kevin @KevinToFI]

@matthew2point0 weird!

[Kevin @KevinToFI]

@matthew2point0 did the tech not say what was wrong? this sounds like the drain was probably frozen, and then thawed as the temp increased? 🤔

[Kevin @KevinToFI]
