extra night of parking and dog sitting, I’m physically sick from stress and lack of sleep and to top it off, luggage was damaged in the process. Delta has absolutely ruined a vacation in a short 22 hour period.

Gate agents were not honest on likelihood of flight leaving and wouldn’t rebook to get us home. Instead, connecting flight was missed, extra night in Atlanta with only 4 hrs of sleep, Lyft driver took us to apartment complex and not hotel at first

And still no communication @usbank. Branch rep MIA. Corporate complaint gone unanswered. A week to open a nonprofit checking acct and it’s still not complete is ridiculous. They DO NOT support nonprofits.
@usbank, your process to open an account for a nonprofit is beyond ridiculous. 2 in person visits to a branch to only be told to return in 3-5 business days to complete process and deposit our $. This bank doesn’t deserve our business and I’m already looking at other banks…
@Yelp and @Grubhub, your customer service is ridiculous and I guess it is ok to not fulfill a paid order and ignore the customer by denying any responsibility or compensation for your mistakes! Avoid these services at all costs.
The followup & concern @PhoenixHomeHC has been totally unacceptable. Never experienced this on past services w/ them but for my dad to have 4 days w/o PT following knee replacement is horrible. Why must I work hard for people to do their job?
