@U_arctos @lpcs43c Between 6th & Main and Music Hall was essentially a toss-up, where walking would regularly win for me as an able-bodied adult, and the fact that the streetcar isn't a clear winner is a policy failure IMO.

@voteholt @cincinnatimetro @camhardy513 Nah, it'll work, instead of buying a $5 pass, add $5 to your account. This is all part of the fare capping change, the whole point is that you'll never pay more than you have to (e.g. buying 3 1-rides if a day pass would be more economical).

Provide proof of payment of the $10 I'm owed as a gesture of good faith and I'll meet you at your favorite local coffee shop.

@electgoodin @Artifact_Scott @U_arctos "blowing up zoning" how, specifically? This is where we get into where I "respectfully" believe you are communicating in bad faith. It's the most milquetoast zoning reform in history. Parking minimums are objectively bad. 2-4 families are reasonable anywhere in a *city*.

The last charter-endorsed candidate took on a *tough* issue for zoning with the density. Co-opting the issues in HP seem like a major shift in policy and is part of my disappointment.

Housing prices and rents have skyrocketed, largely benefiting the homeowners who we know dominate community councils. Should a CC get a veto point for every project and if so, how does a city grow?

In the past, I thought Steve and I always had mutual respect and reasonable dialogue, and I was once actually happy for his appointment as a charter-curious voter.
