@SwayedCherry@the_shrimp_lord@NephineOphelia Maybe so. However, I still find it hard to believe a big company like netease would go out of its way towards profit just because of internal agendas/beliefs. You don't become a multi billion dollar company with that kind of business practice.
@the_shrimp_lord@NephineOphelia I think it's safe to assume a company is not "racist" based on how many cosmetics a fictional character gets in a video game. It's simple. Netease goes where the money is. If recent skins don't sell well they stop making them to focus on making skins that most likely will sell.
@strvmpetss@residentbadness Nobody said it was. But some people don't mind extreme gore in the content they watch/play while others can't handle them and that's ok. This is what I mean when I say acquired taste.
@residentbadness Hoping the same doesn't happen to the main or supporting characters. If you don't fw Terrifier that's fine but don't say misogyny fuels the franchise when there are male deaths that are just as brutal as female ones (except that one kill in Terrifier 2 that was too much lol)
@residentbadness The Terrifier franchise is an acquired taste. While other movie franchises deliver horror through jump scares, loud noises and even psychological elements. This one delivers it through sheer brutality and gore. It instills fear in the viewer by showing all of these brutal kills-
@orionSquared 24/7 auto aim characters with no skill expression VS characters with some auto aim but the majority of their kit relies on good aim and is what differentiates a good player from a bad one
