When we relinquish the idea that others are in control and take full responsibility life gets easier in the long term. Even when the actions people take affect our lives it's best to just focus on what you can control.
I have been laughing at myself a lot recently. Realizing that I decide if I'm going to continue to be stressed or if something is an emergency. I am in control of how I conduct myself and what thoughts I perpetuate.
Setting boundaries and making these shifts can still be done with respect. So many people talk of boundaries as aggressive black and white, you slight me and I swear at you etc. It doesn't have to be so. You can change how you spend your time and energy while keeping your calm.
@ashtonlayne3@travishelwig Hi Ashton. I’m also in Illinois. This is a government site that has a search function that shows many places that are administering the vaccine in the State. (not just through cook county health department). Hope this helps! https://t.co/9Wt9FSZRu2
No @kanyewest, despite your statement this morning, it is not “so good for culture” when someone equates being bipolar to lavish spending and lashing out at women. This does not help de-stigmatize mental health issues.
