@LGIndia it's been 17 days so far since a routine general service request was raised for AC cleaning. Even after escalation until now nobody has visited. What has happened to your service levels.

@LGIndia@HrishiTomar Complaint raised on Apr'11th and also escalation raised subsequently after mail to MD desk and after speaking to various so called direct LG area service managers still no action on ac service. Absolutely unprofessional. Worse than a local brand!

@LGIndia why is there no availablity of window inverter ac anywhere in Chennai? Been trying for past 3 months. Nobody has stock. Have you stopped the manufacturing of window ac units?

@Airtel_Presence Sorry but you response in not satisfactory... simply opening another SR is just your way of escaping accountability. This the the 4th SR being opened for the same unresolved issue. Again after a week this SR wil also be simply closed without any resolution! It's been 10 days!

@airtelindia it's been 5 days since I have raised an issue. So far 3 SR's have been raised with one of them closed and one cancelled and the other still pending with the service engineer getting reassigned every day! Have already wasted more than 3 hours with your customer care!
