I had a confirmed ticket in tein No 07225 CHZ TO SHM on 01/09/2025 from Bhubaneswar. Train was more than 3 hrs late and I took another train. But IRCTC website refused to file TDR.

1. No Dealer has ever repaired the car, they only do REPLACEMENTS and sell parts.
2. Parts are exorbitantly costly.
3. Next, parts are never available at the dealers end.
4. No one responds in dealers service🙏🙏
