🔧 Platform Update: What's New

Heads down all week shipping some important updates to the WC26 platform.

Here's what just dropped:

📊 Live Prize Pool Tracker
The leaderboard now shows a real-time ETH prize pool counter at the top of the page. You can see exactly how much ETH is sitting in the prize wallet, plus its live USD value pulled directly from Chainlink's on-chain price feed. It refreshes every 30 seconds and breaks down the estimated prize per rank.

The pot grows as more bets come in, so keep an eye on it. 👀

⚡ Bet Activity Feed: Fixed
The activity feed was showing 0 bets despite real wagers being placed on-chain. We've tracked down and fixed the root cause.

The frontend was using an RPC provider (LlamaRPC) that was silently returning empty results for event log queries. Bets existed on-chain, but the frontend couldn't see them. We've switched to a more reliable direct connection to Ethereum's public node infrastructure, and expanded the historical scan window from 7 days to 70 days so all past bets are captured.

All WCT wagers are now fully visible in the feed, including recent activity from the platform. The feed updates live as new bets land on-chain. ✅

🏆 Stats Page Improvements
Fixed a bug where knockout stage fixtures (where teams are listed as TBD until the bracket resolves) were being silently dropped from the stats view. All markets now display correctly, even before matchups are confirmed.
