@JeffMarek They had essentially played the last 4 minutes of the game, they were all exhausted. Also it was all skilled players, Ekholm and Draisaitl were the toughest guys on the ice. They answered as well as they could.

@duncankinney @Turkalurk87 It wasn't a Cult of Hockey guy at all. It was Rob Tychkowski. The "other guy" is Bruce McCurdy and that would be way out of character. Kurt Leavins also writes for the Cult of Hockey but seeing how he lives in BC, on the Island iirc, that wouldn't make a ton of sense either.

@Kyler_15 Its not ridiculous. Any potential to earn an assist is immediately lost in literally every scenario once posession changes. Lindgren making a play on the puck constitutes a change is possession. Its consistent with literally every scenario in which points are awarded.
