From January 2020 to December 2025, for every 1 additional UK national under 25 payroll job, there were around 27 additional non EU under 25 payroll jobs.

27 to 1.

That is the scale of what has happened to the entry level jobs market.

Young British people have been told to get educated, work hard, take on debt and compete.

Then we opened the labour market to an enormous increase in overseas workers at exactly the point they were trying to get their first proper job.

This started with a simple audit of Tower Hamlets.

We were looking at asylum accommodation, HMOs, local organisations and the companies operating around the system.

That trail led us into the wider asylum-accommodation supply chain.

Then the political money started appearing.

So far we have traced connections involving:

17 sitting MPs
2 members of the House of Lords

Across:

Liberal Democrats
Labour
Greens
Conservatives
Crossbench

The money traces back into the asylum accommodation, hotels and facilities-management sector.

The links include political donations, campaign funding and paid advisory roles.

The individual declarations are public.

What appears not to have been reported is the full network mapped together at this scale.

All of this came from following the Tower Hamlets audit one layer deeper.

No accusations.

Just public records, declarations and the money trail.
