Fascinating talk about @HammersmithBri1 by @crisortunity at @KewEcofair — showing that closing Hammersmith Bridge to cars has NOT increased traffic or pollution on other bridges.
Those who say it has are “disingenuously” quoting Covid comparisons. Traffic is down.
