You know, If you disagree with EMA being used to end the occupation of Ottawa, admitting the truth that citizens of Centretown were unjustifiably targeted for sustained harassment simply for where they make their homes, does not have to change your opinion on the EMA being used.
@jimsciutto Canadian cities and millions of Canadians are affected by the wildfires also. Ottawa (Canada's capital) has air quality much worse than Delhi and NYC... more than 2X as bad, and is the worst in the world at the moment. Don't just focus on the US!
@brikeilarcnn FYI Smoke & poor air quality from the wildfires in Canada also affects millions of people outside of the north eastern US.
Canadians.
You can't be a global news organization when your focus is limited by your borders.
@JohnBerman@CNN@cnnbrk You know that weather & storms don't end @ the US/Canada border, right? Stop covering storms as if they affect the US only. Fix your maps so they don't cut off info @ the 49th Parallel. Or give us @cnni in Canada instead of your self-centred US feed. :(
@PierrePoilievre You support the illegal occupation of our Capital, the deliberate targeting of its law abiding citizens for abuse, and support soldiers disobeying lawful orders. You do not have the character to lead our glorious and free Canada.
@RedMaple2022 @YouTube#flutruxklan Illegal Occupation of Ottawa and deliberate targeting of law abiding Canadian citizens for antagonism and abuse.
Fixed it.
@PierrePoilievre Gee, you'd think if free market capitalist oil & gas corporations had a product to sell & customers wanting to buy it, they'd be smart & innovative to get it to the customers to meet demand & maximize profit without big government @CPC_HQ having to step in and do it for them.π€
@PierrePoilievre You're against the Soviets deliberately targeting Ukrainians for trying to live their lives, but support the deliberately targeting law abiding Canadians for torment just because they make their homes in Ottawa. You do not have the character to lead our glorious & free Canada.
@wdiazberthiaume The illegal occupation was not peaceful. This is a fact & isnβt in dispute. The only ones in denial are those guilty of perpetrating it & those who cannot bear the shame of targeting law abiding Canadians for sustained harassment & abuse because of where they make their homes.
@PierrePoilievre CPI inflation Sept:
US 13% (US Dept of Labor)
UK 14.6% (Office of Statistics)
The Netherlands 12.8% (August) (CBvdS)
Italy 11.7% (ISTAT)
Canada 11.4% (Statscan)
Germany 10% (Statistiches Bundesamt)
France 9.9% (Insee)
The βpoliticianβ behind this comes from a east of Ukraine.
@rupasubramanya Denial doesnβt change fact that deliberate targeting of law abiding Canadians for sustained abuse & harassment because of where they make their homes was illegal. Whether EA was needed to end it doesnβt change it. This fact isnβt in dispute. Only in denial by those guilty of it.
@PierrePoilievre Canadaβs Oil & Gas industry is at record production. Youβd think if free market capitalist Oil & Gas corps had product to sell & customers wanting to buy it, theyβd be smart & innovative to meet demand & maximize profit without big gov @CPC_HQ having to step in to do it for them.
@ChrisLewisLLS I've lived in Centretown 30 years. In that time there have been 1000s of protests. Against government, ministries, policies & embassies. The illegal occupation was the only one that deliberately targeted law abiding citizens for sustained harassment.
@Nino_DAvolio@JacquiDelaney It was not a few minor incidents, nor was it peaceful. There is no justification under any circumstance for deliberately targeting law abiding Canadian citizens for sustained harassment simply because of where they make their homes.
@JacquiDelaney Regardless of the EA do you acknowledge that there is no justification under any circumstance for deliberately targeting law abiding Canadian citizens for sustained harassment simply because of where they make their homes?
