🚀 LeaseFi Weekly Update — Steady execution continues

This week was all about hardening the product and building user trust:

• Frontend deployments cleaned up with fixes and improvements
• Full email change + verification flows now live (frontend + backend)
• Added safeguards for media uploads
• Started implementing email + password login as a smooth option alongside wallet connect
• Smart contract progress on rent routing, escrow workflows, identity infrastructure, multi-wallet support, and recovery flows

We’re also reviewing the Casper Agentic Buildathon to see if it’s a good fit for LeaseFi.

Focused on maturity, real utility for landlords & tenants, and staying aligned with where things are headed.

🚀 KeyChain / LeaseFi Update — Landlord Tools Taking Shape

This week we shipped a clean new video walking through how landlords can easily add properties in the LeaseFi web app.

We focused on practical improvements:
• A solid landlord dashboard with fixed header and straightforward navigation
• Overview page giving quick visibility into properties, leases, revenue, overdue payments, and deadlines
• Guided 4-step wizard for creating properties — much smoother onboarding
• Card-based properties page with search, filters, and sorting

Backend and smart contract work continues steadily: better media handling, testing, docs, transactional emails, plus progress on rent routing, escrow, and tighter Lease/Escrow integration.

• Continued enhancements to the dashboard experience and user profile systems
• Integrated backend-connected profile management with synchronization flows
• Refined property recommendation logic and overall dashboard usability
• Added new support/help page functionality
• Improved pricing input workflows and UI responsiveness across the platform

Backend
• Expanded user profile management infrastructure
• Implemented secure profile update capabilities, including session and device management controls
• Strengthened backend architecture for media and profile handling
• Continued refining API documentation and platform stability

Smart Contracts
• Made major progress on Property Registry and Compliance Policy contracts
• Advanced ERC-3643 aligned compliance infrastructure
• Improved contract organization and maintainability in preparation for future audits and reviews

Hey community! Another week of steady, focused progress as we push toward real utility in tokenized real estate. Transparency and solid infrastructure first — always. Here’s what shipped:

Frontend
• Registration & sign-in now fully live with the backend + https://t.co/aQtZzdoi0O
• Dashboard upgraded with new filters, search, and a fresh Properties tab showing all your related assets
• Lease notifications, actions, and expiration logic added (demo ready 🔥)

Backend
• Authentication system hardened and optimized for smooth frontend integration
• Wallet login now captures full user profile/role on first connect + multi-wallet support per account
• Secure logout flow with server-side token revocation
• Expanded integration tests for the full session lifecycle

Smart Contracts
• ERC-7943 integration completed into the CEP-95 NFT contract! Every investment now mints a dedicated lease NFT, unlocking sub-leasing functionality (when the landlord approves). Huge step for flexibility on-chain.
• ERC-3643 compliance suite officially kicked off (investor-side protections in motion).
• Delivered two core registries: Investor Registry + Property Registry. These now track ownership records, property lifecycle/status, and set the foundation for fractional ownership.
Next up: Property Tokens and the Rent Distributor contract — automated payouts based on ownership percentages are coming!
We’re ~9 months deep into building something sustainable with real compliance, security, and utility on Casper. No hype, just progress.

Weekly Update – Strengthening Compliance & Security Foundations on Casper

Frontend
• Validated full ICO page functionality with thorough end-to-end testing
• Researched https://t.co/NDEJGoTlrA integration for smooth user authentication (social login + self-custodial experience)
• Analyzed potential partnership platforms to expand our ecosystem

Contracts
• Continued integration of ERC-7943 into the NFT contract for robust RWA compliance
• Added advanced security & regulatory features:
– Whitelisting for minting and transfers (enables verified/KYC users)
– Asset freezing to restrict transfers during legal disputes
– Forced transfers by authorized admins (supports seizures, wallet recovery, and regulatory compliance)
– Wrapped transfer logic to automatically enforce whitelisting and freeze checks
– Switched to the Access Controls module for clear separation of duties (e.g., dedicated roles for freezing, whitelisting, minting/burning)

We’re also actively coordinating with Halborn on our upcoming security audit. To maximize effectiveness and cost efficiency, we’ve decided to bundle in three additional contracts the marketing contracts for real estate buying/selling and two metadata contracts ported from EVM — before the review.
This avoids duplicate work and ensures everything is audited together.
As a result, we’re adjusting our timeline and expect the ICO to move forward in approximately three weeks once these integrations and the audit scope are fully aligned.

Quick note: The recent Vercel incident had no impact on us — our code isn’t hosted there, and we’re only using test keys. Everything remains normal on our end.

These deliberate steps are making BIG Token one of the most compliance-ready and audit-conscious projects building real-world asset tokenization on Casper. Quality over speed.
