Our next big release is almost here. HOME3 2.0 brings significant improvements and marks an important shift, as it will be a product we can actively sell without requiring regulatory approvals.
This allows us to accelerate growth while continuing to build our flagship tokenization platform, PROP3, which remains in development. Once 2.0 is live, our focus will shift back toward pushing PROP3 forward.

Credits power every AI interaction. Basic tasks like a quick property question cost just a few credits. Deep analysis like a full CMA report costs more. You'll always see exactly what each call costs.
Credit top-up packs will give bonus credits on larger purchases, up to 25% extra on our biggest pack. Subscriptions separately reduce your per-call AI cost by 10-25%, so subscribers get more out of every credit.

HOME3 Ecosystem Rebrand - Looking Ahead
As we continue building and expanding our product suite, we're rolling out a strategic rebrand across the entire HOME3 ecosystem.
This includes an updated HOME3 identity alongside individual product brands - Prop3 (currently in development), and future platforms Loan3 and Land3, designed to better reflect the scope of what we're building long term.
This rebrand does not impact the $HTS token in any way - no relaunches, no changes.
It's a brand and architecture evolution to align with a growing, modular ecosystem built for the future.

Prop3 x QFTH Pre-Accelerator - Pitch Feedback Workshop
Today our team participated in a pitch feedback workshop as part of the QFTH Pre-Accelerator Program, in preparation for next weekโs demo day and public pitch.
The feedback on our presentation was very positive, and we'll be refining the pitch further over the next couple of days to deliver the strongest possible final version.

This week marks the completion of Week 2 of our Qatar accelerator program, and it's been a productive and energizing week.

Next week, we'll focus on linking all backend functions to blockchain API calls. Once completed, we'll create 20 bot wallets to simulate a live trading environment of NFT buying and selling within the marketplace.
PROP3 Update - Qatar Pre-Accelerator Demo
We're sharing a preview of the Qatar-compliant PROP3 app demo currently in development as part of the Qatar Pre-Accelerator Program.
The application now includes much of the planned functionality and continues to progress steadily.

HOME3 in One of the Most Selective Fintech Pre-Accelerators
Our pre-accelerator journey officially kicked off yesterday, and it's worth noting just how selective this program really is.
Out of 350+ applicants, only 13 startups were chosen.
The program is known for its rigorous multi-stage selection, with acceptance rates around 2โ5%, comparable to world-class accelerators.
Startups must show strong MVP readiness, a clear path to scaling in Qatar and the wider MENA region, and alignment with strategic fintech themes, all reviewed by panels from QDB, QCB, and QFC, alongside partners like Kearney.
We're proud to be part of this cohort, surrounded by founders building the next generation of fintech innovation across the region.

Meanwhile, our Qatar team joined the 3rd Real Estate Forum this week, a key gathering shaping the future of Qatar's property and investment landscape.
It was a great opportunity to connect with industry leaders and explore how technology and innovation are driving the countryโs real estate evolution.
We are pleased to announce that we have been selected to join the Qatar FinTech Hub Pre-Acceleration Program 2025.
The program will put us on the map in the Middle East and support us to register legally in Qatar as our Headquarters. It will also accelerate our development and open many doors to investors. The future is bright for HOME3!
