Travellers with a valid train ticket can use De Lijn bus routes R26 and 82 between Zaventem station and Brussels Airport-Zaventem.

3-18 Oct: planned works near Brussels Airport-Zaventem (BRU) will affect some train services to/from the airport. BRU station remains open. Some trains will operate a modified route, skip the airport station or have adjusted times. Check your journey before departing.

Air Traffic control for Northern England, Northern Ireland & Scotland impacted by issues with Prestwick control centre. Cancellations from Edinburgh, Glasgow, Newcastle, Manchester & Belfast + delays up to 4hrs reported. Issue now fixed but this will continue to impact flights.

Following the earlier UK Air Traffic Control system issues, hundreds of flights at airports across the UK have been disrupted and also cancelled. Inbound flights to the UK are also being disrupted.

UK National Air Traffic Services says it has "implemented a fix" to the tech issue that led to the cancellation of hundreds of flights. Pls check with your airline for the latest advice before heading to the airport. They'll be able to offer assistance if you have been impacted.

Flights across the UK are grounded due to technical difficulties with Air Traffic Control. This is impacting flights at Gatwick, Southend, Isle of Man & Jersey airports. Passengers are advised to check-in as normal. The issues have been identified & teams are working on a fix.

Update: Volcanic Disruption Indonesia - currently all Indonesian airports are open and operating flights.

The Indonesian government have opened alternative airports to support travel away from the ash cloud. Travel is being re-organised locally. We continue to reach out to impacted customers. Opening & closing of airports is changing frequently, pls check airline websites.

Strike announced by NS, the Dutch railway company, which will cause disruption on 9th September. Eurostar also have cancellations in place. We're contacting impacted travellers, however please also check rail operator websites for updates prior to heading to any stations.

We have been advised of a strike affecting travel in Italy on 5 July, airlines will be impacted. We have already started to contact customers with bookings and advise all travellers to keep checking airline websites for the latest information on changes/delays/cancellations.
