PEOPLE FORGET KISHIMOTO LITERALLY ADMITTED NARUTO’S POWER CREEP HAD BECOME A PROBLEM 😭

By the end of Naruto, Naruto & Sasuke had become SO powerful that fights had basically turned into giant KAIJU battles.

Kishimoto himself said:
“Naruto and Sasuke [were] becoming so strong and the battles getting bigger and bigger…”

And when BORUTO started, he was already worried that watching kids fight afterward would make everything feel SMALLER.

So his solution was to change HOW battles were expressed.

That explains why Naruto lost Kurama and Sasuke lost Rinnegan.

@ThickCalvedSage Too many people are focused on ay what I wanna know is how does Naruto deal with Danzo, mei, Onoki and ay at the same time on top of their guards like do we really think Naruto is surviving all of that BY HIMSELF if he fought them. Sasuke literally needed help to even get out

@rikucharles I will always say these should’ve been around for more than just two arcs it was nice to see Goku and Vegeta in new fits with a brand new series and it worked so well for SSB and probs would’ve been even better during the TOP with UI and SSBE

@ball_limit I think the only problem this fight has is that it was really short and off screen and honestly it doesn’t even downplay kefla it just gives her a more even fight but it does make Gohan a lot stronger than he was before this since he tied with a saiyan potara fusion

@chris_linky The only critique I give it is the way Goku gets it in the anime and the way it happens compared to the manga that does it in a way that makes way more sense

@RealTruggler I think you’re selling the manga version of the fight a little short. Sure for you it’s boring but if the anime decides to take out ssbkk they could still elevate this version of the fight and I think that would be a lot cooler since that’s what the anime should do anyways.

@AeonPeneko I’m still standing by the armor bulma made him back in RoF sucks it only got two arcs same with Goku’s whis gi felt right to give them new outfits for a newer series

@Kozukisama98 @SabKun2026 He didn’t forget it just didn’t work on super 17 because he caught on to how Goku fought he countered literally everything in Goku’s arsenal. That’s why Goku was gonna try to blow him up because things he normally would do wouldn’t work
