🚨Raymond Mhlaba Municipality's Municipal Manager Unathi Malinzi, used Raymond Mhlaba Municipality bricks to build this office & mortuary building for her company BNG Funeral Services.

Municipal workers also had to work during Municipal hours, building these offices & mortuary for Unathi Malinzi, including doing maintenance work.

On top of the illegal R1 million salary increase she gave herself, it's clear that Unathi Malinzi owns the Raymond Mhlaba Municipality.

Next I will focus on exposing how her taxi boss boyfriend is milking Raymond Mhlaba Municipality through tenders, & does not even deliver on the tenders he gets.
