I initially felt sorry for this woman, but looking into her ideologies, this is what she advocated for. I don’t think she was deserving of a brutal death, but if not her, it would be someone else’s mother or daughter. Stop the madness.

Beautiful young New York born mother was beaten to death last night in Ireland.

A man in his 20s, described as a Middle Eastern asylum seeker (applicant for international protection). He had been living in Ireland since mid-2024 at an IPAS (International Protection Accommodation Services) center in Killarney. He knew Carney personally and had occasionally stayed at her house.

Jamey Carney, 43, a mother of one (a 13-year-old daughter). She was born in New York, had lived in the Killarney area for about five years, and was known locally as a hard-working, engaged community member involved in Palestine support activities.

Her body was found in her bed at a home on Homeland Estate, Muckross Road, with serious head injuries. She had been beaten to death late Monday night/early Tuesday. Her daughter raised the alarm.
