The fact that what got frozen within hours suggests a swift and effective response from Binance is reassuring, especially considering the severity of the theft.
Six billion dollars left Binance in about twenty minutes yesterday, the largest crypto theft ever recorded. What is verified, what analysts attribute to North Korea, what got frozen within hours, and what is still unknown. Facts only.

you can now text dots on imessage
i’ve always truly used it as an assistant and it has built landing pages, running my brand docs, gym routines and client updates (still love it)
let them cook with this for a bit and i see them developing similar workflows like grok no doubt about it
have you been using dots?
ZCG says it receives more zcash:native than it can spend well
We built NFT infrastructure for Zcash. Our $48,000 application to publish a metadata standard, a keyless indexer and shielded payment tooling was rejected
If other grants offered better value, show the outcomes. Explain the priorities
@zksnarks_ seem to be putting their budget to better use than ZCG
Now redirecting part of a protocol-funded treasury toward future miner rewards is being marketed as a “donation”
Apparently, the hardest thing to build in crypto is an off switch
Cut the automatic 8% stream. Make the case for funding with results 🛡️
A creator shares something valuable on X. Someone wants to tip them, but moving money across wallets and chains adds unnecessary friction.
With XyloNet, users can send crypto tips through PayX using an X handle, alongside cross-chain swaps and bridging. Built on @arc, XyloNet is live on Arc mainnet, using infrastructure designed for fast, low-cost USDC transactions.
We're excited to share that XyloNet has been selected as a Circle Developer Grant recipient.

YC just published its latest Crypto Request for Startups.
I read through it, and if you’re considering building in this space, here are a few things to keep in mind.
YC calls out tokenizing major and newly created assets, building markets and trading interfaces for them, and enabling agents to trade and use financial services through APIs.
That raises important and practical questions for builders and founders.
- How will your app handle transaction costs and move funds between supported networks?
- What limits should apply when an agent acts for a user?
- And how can you get a smart contract or app from idea to prototype?
We’ve been building developer infrastructure around Arc to help answer these questions.
- On Arc, transaction fees are paid in USDC.
- CCTP lets apps move USDC between supported networks,
- while Gateway lets them use a unified USDC balance across supported networks.
- Agent Wallets let developers set spending limits for agents.
Building in this space may also mean writing and testing smart contracts for the first time.
Arc Studio helps developers prototype onchain apps and contracts, and works with popular coding tools.
I spend a lot of time helping developers make sense of these tools and figure out where to start.
If you’re considering building in this space, reach out.
I’d be happy to work through it with you.
Arc Mainnet launches September 16.
Where Arc stands today:
→ More than half a billion testnet transactions
→ Nearly 3 million wallets
→ 100+ partners active on private mainnet
→ Initial validator cohort expected to help operate the network alongside Circle
Arc is being built as financial infrastructure for the world’s financial markets.
🚨 JUST IN: USDC circulation shrank by $800M in the past week as Circle redeemed $10.5B against $9.7B issued, leaving supply down $2.5B over the past year.
