@CitizenLuc It has, but it’s definitely still a seasonal room and cold in winter - just not quite as bad. We do still have single glazing though and intend to replace those at some point. We also used insulating plasterboard on the walls...
@nsandihelp Nope, he is 12 days old so doesn’t have a passport and child benefit applications take up to 3 months to complete. NHS also don’t issue medical cards anymore. He does has an NHS number from birth though, would you not accept a letter containing this?
@nsandihelp someone has bought my 12day old son a premium bonds gift, however, due to covid birth registrations aren’t taking place so he doesn’t have proof of identity. Can you delay the time limit on sending proof of identity or otherwise help? Thanks
@isewah @SolarplicityF @ofgem I don’t know, this is my main concern. Seems highly unfair if they can. I reckon they’re just empty threats at the moment, but all the more reason to get them to admit their incorrect bills and resolve as quickly as possible!

They’ve now requested photograph proof of my meter readings.... the saga continues.
@activatesocial_ I sent an email about my bloglovin account being hacked back in January and nobody has ever responded? Why when you change your password on the account does it not automatically log you out from other devices? MAJOR security flaw!
