@boohoo_cshelp I’m trying to create a return but one of the items I want to return isn’t showing for selection despite me clicking through from that item on my order history? Please can you help?
@tobycarvery we visit 3-4 times a month & love your roasts but Fridays visit was disappointing. I appreciate it was due to be a busy day, I think the wafer thin slices of meat were uncalled for. We booked for 12pm so it wasn’t a case of meat running out already. Such a shame.
@SkyUK@SkyHelpTeam stop telling people to dm/pm you. It’s clear thousands have issues which YOU need to resolve and you also need to be transparent about what is going on. It’s wasting everyone’s time pretending its isolated problems. This has gone on for days now #skyQ#skybox
@boohoo_cshelp why oh why do companies still use awful couriers? Next day delivery, due yesterday, delayed. And guess what? Not coming today either. For a birthday gift tomorrow… ordering online is meant to be there for convenience and this is always an inconvenient outcome.
