I know you are likely on edge right now. You might even be terrified.

I say this with as much conviction and authenticity as I can muster: This is not going to work out well for Donald Trump's presidency in the end.

I spoke to a man I've known for some 45 years at the gas pump this morning. He was a "dyed in wool" Republican who voted for Trump. "That fucker is NUTS!" he told me.

I just said, "Yeah...he is." The "realization virus" is spreading.

The NY FBI is leading the way with their refusal to comply. This will become contagious.

Our university just gave all grad students a substantial raise for next year, but she still makes $4,000 more per year. My 18 year old is in a higher tax bracket than me. That’s insane.

When your PhD students can’t afford rent, groceries, healthcare, childcare and other essentials, something is very wrong.

We can’t expect students to succeed when they are struggling to cover basic living costs.

Provide more $ support and raise stipends now.

Dig down. "78% of Trump voters" is who? What % of that group was polled, and honestly would even consider voting for anyone else?? What level of political concentration do they represent: are they all in Central Texas, or do they represent 1%+of the voting pop. in 50+ Cong. dist?
