Heyo
Miss a good few folks here, although I'm much more at home on tumblr now days. Hope you are all doing well.
Logging in so i can keep an eye on payday 3 dev updates lmao.
Moving socially over to tumblr, been enjoying it a good deal the past couple weeks.
Twitter is now a news and organisation website to me. Which is probably going to be an absolute mess, but hey, better than engaging with BBC content.
Looking at ditching the nhs gic to go private.
Difficult trying to fight the sunk cost fallacy. But ultimately I'm pretty sure I wasted nearly 5 years of my life hoping they'd do something. Best make sure they don't take 6 from me.
Been trying out more of cohost and tumblr, both not too bad.
I like how twitter does kinda let you keep track of the world, although that's one hell of a monkey's paw that punishes more than it gives.
Still, can see myself slowly stepping out of Twitter.
Mostly feel pretty confident that I won't lose track of the folks I like here should things tip over.
Although they're all split between 3 different sites, and not everyone I like has anything elsewhere quite yet.
was rough opening total warhammer 3 for the first time to play with a friend and seeing the mountain of DLC content I need to buy
Didn't expect I'd have to buy the full trilogy for it to not feel like I've brought a paradox game
@ItsNotewell I get that feeling a lot, but try not to undermine your own progress though!
I've seen some of your latest posts and you're doing great! heck even the fact that you're posting selfies is a great sign
All the musk impersonation memes are a great showcase of how piss easy it's going to be to pose as other accounts and spread shite.
Figure once their paid verification takes effect, it won't just be used for jokes.
Question for longer running game devs, more so level designers.
Do you have a shelf life for content on your portfolio?
Is there a point in which something on your portfolio may be so old it doesn't represent you anymore?
