@2Fast_gg @Iotadeca Thought about it and I'm right. Tax cuts are percentage of income, therefore disproportionately benefiting people with higher income. Tax credits are a flat amount, disproportionately benefiting those who don't pay a high tax rate to begin with.

But it is ultimately irrelevant because he won the election over 30 electors and he ended up winning Hawaii after the recount finalised.
