Telangana SIR: In eight Assembly constituencies (Peddapalli, Dharmapuri, Vemulavada, Adilabad, Achampeta, Balkonda, Alair, and Bhongir), @frontline_india found that where EROs or AEROs are named as the “objector”, the “reasons in brief for objection” column has been left blank.
Most of these blank entries are from the last ten days of September. All electors whose inclusion was objected to by EROs and AEROs had earlier received notices for a “logical discrepancy” or for being “unmapped with last SIR”. Frontline reached out to a few of the EROs and AEROs in these constituencies. One of the EROs said that they were not sure why they were listed as the “objector” or why the reason column remained “blank”. The officer, who spoke on condition of anonymity, said they would look into the issue but has not responded to subsequent follow-ups.

We have filed formal complaint at Parliamentary Street Police station against the person named Satyam Pandit for physically assaulting minor boys who attended GenZ protest called by CJP, abusing them and spreading hatred between groups.

It was surprising that @DelhiPolice was waiting for a formal complaint inspite of this video being viral for last 3 days.

If police under @LtGovDelhi does not register this FIR, we will move the court for private complaint.

ये दो मुस्लिम लड़कों जीशान और शावेज़ को कानूनी मामले में फंसाना चाहता था।

​ इसलिए नकुल ने इन दोनों लड़को को 'लव जिहाद' और 'गैंगरेप' के झूठे आरोप में फंसाने के लिए अपनी ही बहन को उनके पास (कार में) भेजा।

​और फिर नकुल ने पीछे से जाकर अपनी बहन का एक वीडियो बनाया जिसमें लड़की यह नाटक करती है कि उसके साथ बहुत गलत हुआ है।

इसके बाद हिंदू संगठनों (जैसे हिंदू परिषद/बजरंग दल) के लोग इकट्ठे हो जाते हैं और पुलिस को बुलाया जाता है।

​पुलिस जब लड़की को कस्टडी में लेकर मेडिकल जांच और कानूनी पूछताछ के लिए ले जाती है तो लड़की पुलिस की सख्त जांच और पूछताछ का दबाव नहीं झेल पाती।

फिर क्या वह सच उगल देती है और कबूल करती है कि यह दोनों लड़को को फंसाने के लिए रचा गया एक झूठा षड़यंत्र था।

​साजिश का भंडाफोड़ होने के बाद मुख्य आरोपी नकुल फरार हो जाता है। पुलिस की तीन टीमें उसकी तलाश में जुटी हुई है

किसी को फँसाने के लिए अपनी ही बहन को मोहरा बना देना इंसानियत और रिश्तों दोनों की हार है।

इनका नाम ही इनकी पहचान है और इनकी पहचान ही आज के दौर में इनकी सबसे बड़ी मुसीबत है . इस सबको एमपी पुलिस ने दंगा , आगजनी , मारपीट , घर में जबरन घुसने और विस्फोटक रखने के आरोप में गिरफ्तार किया था , मध्यप्रदेश पुलिस के मुताबिक ये सारे दंगाई थे लेकिन मध्यप्रदेश की ही अदालत ने इन्हें हिंसा और दंगा के आरोपों से बरी कर दिया है . अदालत ने अपने फैसले में ये भी पूछा है कि पुलिस ने आखिर इन 11 लोगों को किस आधार पर दंगे का आरोपी बनाया ? आज इंडियन एक्सप्रेस ने विस्तार से पूरी रिपोर्ट छापी है .
कोर्ट का ये फैसला एमपी सरकार के मुंह पर तो तमाचा है ही इस बात का भी सबूत है कि कैसे इस देश में मुसलमानों को दंगाई घोषित करके सलाखों के पीछे डाल दिया जाता है .
