Circular/spiral system is more natural, logical in a deeper sense than the artificial 'logic' we have based on linear time and calendars we have created for convenience and trade. Circular system fits with nature's rotational and repeat rhythm. It is patient, forgiving, allowing.

[Fatuma @Fatumaabdulahi]

The big gap between how we experience life & the rigid systems we are asked to fit in causes most people a lot of pain, because these parallel realities clash. We are told to go against our intuition, instincts - an inbuilt GPS as opposed to manmade, linear system against nature.

Prophet Muhammad ﷺ taught, "Beware the supplication of the oppressed, for there is no barrier between it and God."
If God listens to the oppressed, so must we all.

There is an art to carrying the wisdom from yesterday’s lessons into your new season without carrying the emotional weight of yesterday. Give yourself grace as you figure out how to travel light.

Rainy Ramadan nights are the best. Hearing and feeling all the blessings coming down.

@faceyourfront Write the top few and add to it as you make progress. I’m a list person and writing down everything can be overwhelming.
