@EurekaForbes Sharing the message I received from @EurekaForbes . My complaint was canceled because I didn't opt for an annual term plan. We've been drinking unfiltered water, putting our health at risk. Water is a necessity; you can't play with people's needs.

Regd a complaint on July 23 (WO-230724-51657128) as the filter isn't working. Was told a technician wld visit within 24 hrs but no one came & the complaint ws clsd. Later calld custom care & they said a techn. will only visit if I take an annual term plan.
