the fact that they had to turn off the comments because people are being so transphobic towards elliot makes me so miserable bro we really can't do anything without the general population having a problem with it
Just to be clear. Sony wasn't LOSING money on physical. They just weren't making as much profit as they did on a digital sale.
They are about to find out that the decision to kill physical was a very expensive mistake.
They slowly turned gaming into homework.

In New York City, if you break our worker protection laws and shortchange your workers, we will make you pay back what you owe.
Yesterday, we recovered $2.3M for 1,600 workers from Walgreens, Calzedonia, and Kinship Coffee. Since January, we have recovered more than $10 million for New York City workers. Because our City is not a billionaire's playground.
New Yorkers have the right to a regular schedule and protected time off. If your employer violates our laws, file a complaint at https://t.co/X102ohVroD and we will fight to put money back in your pocket.
In an era where real human-made art and animation is at serious risk I beg folks to please support this gorgeously crafted film. Those folks have been through hell to finally get it made and out there and they deserve success.

Sony allegedly not telling its partners about the decision to stop new physical disc releases, upsetting Kojima and getting him all worried, and then ducking out on social media only to return with a silly little product video is so spineless lmao.
James Cameron announces that ‘TERMINATOR 2’ will return to theaters on August 28.
“I believe it’s safe to do spoilers after 35 years, so SPOILER ALERT: the good guys win against the AI superintelligence! Maybe that’s a message of hope we all could use this summer.”
There's been a few rare games since Bioshock that capture that same feeling. But the one that almost surpasses Bioshock in atmosphere & scope for me is Prey (2017). Talos 1 feels like an actual character in itself with plenty of history that immerses you.
