Again i had an issue with ur delivery team. Order was not delivered to my address & ur agents r telling me dat the driver called on my registered number & der was no response!! I did not get any call

Finally,my issue is resolved &amount is refunded. Tks to Mr Abijith (escalation team) who had promised 2 contact me within 48hrs. He investigated the issue &vry professionally handled the case. @swiggy_in i wish ur CS team handles cases as professionally as Abijith. @SwiggyCares

Very disappointed with McDonald's team in india... My order was bot delivered by @swiggy_in & there is no response from mcdonald. They dont care at all about their customers.

@Ikrammalik87 I also had a similar issue. They refused to refund d amount. When i insisted dy agreed 2 pay 400 where i paid more than 600. Be careful while placing orders. I dont understand their policy of refund!!
