In the case of Buhari versus Yaradua in
2007, Buhari argued that the ballot papers
in the Presidential election had no serial
numbers and were thus not valid. The
Supreme Court ruled that no law mandated
INEC to put serial numbers or any seal on
ballot papers and dismissed Buhari's case.
Today, the tribunal sacked Kano Governor Yusuf
and declared APC's Gawuna winner after
voiding 165,633 ballot papers because
they weren't stamped by INEC. The Electoral Act has since been amended mandating
serial numbers be put on ballot papers but it
makes no mention of signing or stamping.

I was shocked after seeing viral videos of Ganduje and his wife ridiculing Dr Maryam Shetty hours after withdrawal from ministerial list.

Ganduje is a terrible and horrible person, he replaced Maryam just to make his wife Gwaggo happy. OMG😭 only evil can do that.

Is there any disappointment like this? Came for Ministerial screening but unfortunately heard that your name was withdrawn from the list 😭.

I prayed that Insha Allah in the future Ganduje and Gwaggo will taste the same disappointment like this. I withdraw my total support for Ganduje 💯🙌
