After 15-20 calls with @oyorooms they are making a mockery out of the customer. No resolution has been made yet. Each call starts like I am calling for the first time.Executive calls the property manager for “validation” and property manager says I am at fault

Booked a room, and when I reached the hotel, they said they have nothing to do with OYO. #Oyo has already taken money from me, but the hotel has denied check in. Late at night 3:32 AM I am stranded outside the hotel with nowhere to go.
