بلوچ ریپبلکن پارٹی (بی آر پی) کے ترجمان شیر محمد بگٹی کا بیان بلوچستان میں ریاستی جبر اور جبری گمشدگیوں کے حوالے سے ایک سنگین صورت حال کو ظاہر کرتا ہے۔ ان کے مطابق، پاکستانی ریاستی ادارے بلوچ عوام پر ظلم و ستم کی شدت میں اضافہ کر رہے ہیں، اور انسانی حقوق کی سنگین خلاف ورزیاں جاری ہیں۔ ترجمان کا کہنا ہے کہ پاکستانی خفیہ ایجنسی آئی ایس آئی اور سی ٹی ڈی نے سوئی اور ڈیرہ بگٹی میں چھاپے مارے، جس میں بے گناہ بلوچوں کو جبری طور پر لاپتہ کیا گیا اور گھروں میں خواتین و بچوں کو تشدد کا نشانہ بنایا گیا۔

ان افراد کی جبری گمشدگیاں، جن میں علی بیگ ولد پاہی بگٹی، جمال ولد پاہی بگٹی، پیر جان ولد کرمان بگٹی، علی خان ولد جانی بگٹی، درہ ولد محمد بخش بگٹی، دادو ولد کرمان بگٹی، اور حیدر ولد دل محمد بگٹی شامل ہیں، اس بات کا مظہر ہیں کہ ریاستی فورسز بلوچ عوام کے خلاف بے رحمانہ اقدامات کر رہی ہیں۔ یہ واقعات بلوچستان میں روزمرہ کا معمول بنتے جا رہے ہیں، اور ان کی شدت میں کوئی کمی نہیں آ رہی۔

بی آر پی نے عالمی برادری، اقوامِ متحدہ، انسانی حقوق کی تنظیموں اور انصاف پسند افراد سے مطالبہ کیا ہے کہ وہ بلوچستان میں انسانی حقوق کی پامالیوں پر آواز اٹھائیں اور جبری گمشدگیوں کے خلاف اقدامات کریں۔

شیر محمد بگٹی کا مزید کہنا تھا کہ ڈیرہ بگٹی میں پاکستانی فوج کی جانب سے نئے چوکیوں کا قیام بھی عمل میں لایا جارہا ہے۔ ان کا کہنا تھا کہ ڈیرہ بگٹی کے علاقے مرو میں تین نئی چوکیاں قائم کردی گئی ہیں جبکہ ڈیرہ بگٹی شہر کے اندر کرمازائی محلہ میں بھی لوگوں کے گھروں کے درمیان ایک فوجی چوکی قائم کی گئی ہے۔

ترجمان کا مزید کہنا تھا کہ سوئی کے قریب کچی میں بھی نئی چوکیاں تعمیر کی جارہی ہیں جن کی وجہ سے علاقہ مکینوں اور راستوں پر جانے والے لوگوں اور مریضوں کو شدید اذیت کا نشانہ بنایا جارہا ہے جبکہ مذکورہ علاقوں سے گزرنے والے گاڑیوں سے بھتہ بھی وصول کیا جارہا ہے۔
