The leaders noted that the implementation of the historic India-EU Free Trade Agreement would open significant opportunities in areas of trade, manufacturing, investment and creation of jobs especially for the youth.

They also exchanged perspectives on regional and global issues of concern.

A total of 15 outcomes were also concluded in areas including defence, tech, trade, innovation, skills development, counter-terrorism, among others.
