@UberIN_Support who is at fault?? Why was the journey not ended at destination when I left and unable to end the journey on app , I had to cancel.. I want refund for the extra amount.. being a regular customer

@UberIN_Support pathetic service..Today I booked a ride from New OPD of AIIMS to new Seemapuri Depot. The fare was 209. As I reached the destination the ride did not stop and continued till I took a rickshaw on UP side.

@UberIN_Support before leaving the car , I had asked the driver why was the journey not ending, he told me it will end automatically, however when I realised that in rickshaw also the ride is being continued, I immediately cancelled the ride and was charged 355.. disgusting u

@Uber_India my ride fare was deducted as mentioned. Still it is showing 151 as balance and not allowing to book rides further. Please help

I am regular user of Uber, it is disappointing that you people are so ignorant about customer issues.
