@dbales6tc02b @3phishfishing @HoodCommie@TheBloodyNerve@RBReich Liberal, lmao. The only ones worse than you maga types are shitlibs. I get it you don't gaf about the constitution, I do, I swore to uphold it. I studied it at NPS. The courts have, and will see it the way I do so your opinion is of little consequence.
@OpenedMyEye@NoSidesEver @3phishfishing @HoodCommie@TheBloodyNerve@RBReich Hmm, well the courts to date have seen it exactly the opposite. That's why every state with voter ID req also have workarounds for it. The laws you want have been gimped by the courts every time, on the grounds that they are, get this, unconstitutional according to the 24th.
@TheBloodyNerve@naskides@alex_savely @3phishfishing @HoodCommie@RBReich Going to continue to beat that strawman? A voter ID law without the ID being free is a poll tax. Every rep knows that. Don't like it? Take it up with the 24th. It will never hold up in the courts but it sure gets you morons to open the wallets.
@OpenedMyEye@NoSidesEver @3phishfishing @HoodCommie@TheBloodyNerve@RBReich The fact that you have decided to bring race into this says more about you. Shame that whether it's a red idiot or a blue idiot you all resort identity politics and propagandized talking points.
@OpenedMyEye@NoSidesEver @3phishfishing @HoodCommie@TheBloodyNerve@RBReich I made no such claim. I made the claim that 11% of Americans of voting age do not have an ID. This is verified fact. The 24th amendment makes all the argument that needs made.
@dbales6tc02b @3phishfishing @HoodCommie@TheBloodyNerve@RBReich The 24th amendment says otherwise. Pretty explicitly at that. Better luck next time. Maybe try reading the constitution or at least admitting you really dgaf about it.
@GregoryUngs @3phishfishing @HoodCommie@TheBloodyNerve@RBReich I'd laws would be perfectly fine, as I've said in this thread several times, as long as they are 100% free and easily and readily accessible to all. Otherwise it would violate the 24th amendment.
@naskides@alex_savely @3phishfishing @HoodCommie@TheBloodyNerve@RBReich 11% don't have one, and to require one without making them 100% free would be in direct opposition to the 24th amendment. Just say you hate the constitution and move on.
@WillieBHardAF @3phishfishing @HoodCommie@TheBloodyNerve@RBReich That'd be the one, you know the living document that has been amended 27 times and is the backbonr of the society we live in. It may not be perfect but it's what we've got to build on short of revolution.
@Really02388487 @3phishfishing @HoodCommie@TheBloodyNerve@RBReich You do see how this is irrelevant right? The 24th amendment is pretty clear. There's no, "bad with money = no vote" clause hidden in there anywhere. I even double checked for you.
@mike__damone @3phishfishing @HoodCommie@TheBloodyNerve@RBReich Well maybe get 3/4 of states to ratify an amendment to that effect. Until you do the constitution does not guarantee you a gun just that you can own it.
@alex_savely @3phishfishing @HoodCommie@TheBloodyNerve@RBReich Sure strawman arguments with no constitutional validity sound silly. The contortions does not guarantee you free guns, it does guarantee free and unfettered access to voting.
@ClintAllbright @3phishfishing @HoodCommie@TheBloodyNerve@RBReich No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States
No they don't
