‼️PRIORIZAMOS LA MERITOCRACIA EN EL TRIBUNAL DE DISCIPLINA POLICIAL

¿Sabías que quienes deciden si un policía se queda o se va de la institución por faltas graves son personas elegidas a dedo?
Por eso he presentado el Proyecto de Ley N.° 0041-2026, que modifica la Ley 30714 y cambia de raíz cómo se elige a los miembros del Tribunal de Disciplina Policial:

✅ Serán elegidos por concurso público de méritos.
✅ Cero parientes de policías en el Tribunal: hasta el 4° grado de consanguinidad y 2° de afinidad. Ni hermanos, ni primos, ni cuñados.
✅ Nadie los saca por presión política. Solo dejan el cargo por renuncia, muerte, incapacidad permanente, condena por delito doloso, inhabilitación, vencimiento del período o incumplimiento de requisitos.

Así se fortalece la imparcialidad del Tribunal, porque el mérito reduce los riesgos de corrupción y la injerencia externa.

TIENE QUE HABER CAPACIDAD Y EXPERIENCIA COMPROBADA, NO FAVORES.
