JUST IN: Brown Mogotsi matter postponed to 22 June. His legal team will present new facts for bail to be considered.
Mogotsi was denied bail as the court found he was not accurate with his address details. And that he could evade trial.
His legal team says they have new facts to present for a new bail application.
He is accused of staging his own assassination.
Mogotsi remains in custody.
