@CartrackZA To those who are not aware. Cartrack changed terms and conditions without informing clients. I had a call with their client services and they informed me that the R150k recovery warranty has been removed without them informing me but they have been taking the premium all along.

@DStv I’m not happy with your services. You are ripping off customers. Why do you charge me R50 for reconnection after paying my account a day later? You also disconnected me the same day. You used to give customers a grace period of 1 week. That’s why you are losing customers.
