Dear all, I have been raising the issue from past 2 days about people holding 2nd class ticket travelling in First class compartment daily. The train is CSTM Kalyan. I catch daily at 7.39 from parel.

My parents who is traveling in train frm. Kanpur to surat in 2nd AC coach having horrible toilet overflow. The train is stopped for half an hour after VDR and toilets are over flowing. No one is tkng complain or action. They're Sr. Citizen Coch A1 7 & 9

They're aged and have to move from. One coach to another in running train for using washroom.

@myBESTElectric please address my complain. You can not charge us with the amount on the basis of existing reading slab. It's very obvious that the reading is going to exceed normal slab if three month reading are consider.

@myBESTElectric I have received the bill in June for the reading of meter last done in March till June. However, the average bill amount paid during lockdown of 630 and 690 respectively for two months were not deducted in the total bill amount of 4.8k..i have email same to BEST.
