@HoneyTongueMuse I think that depends on the person but definitely doesn’t seems to be the intention outlined in the rite. Are we trying to make it low pressure? It’s a matter of the heart, it should be difficult, and move our emotions.
@peacock what the heck is going on with your Arsenal v Bournemouth stream? Do you give refunds when your stream doesn’t work for the one thing I got it for?
Liturgy of the hours has been the key to this for me. Set times of the day where you stop and focus on God. Whether you are busy or at rest, joyful, angry, sad etc. Day in and Day out and soon you can’t help but pray unceasingly.

As we head back to work this morning, it's worth thinking about how to make that work a continual prayer so that, like St. Paul says, we can "pray without ceasing!"
