I can’t just commit to only my spirit. My greatest lesson for me on this Earth is to be in my body. EMBODIED. And connect with the vessel I’ve been blessed with. The spiritual stuff is easy. Connecting/Aligning with my body is the challenging part
I’m learning that breath work and meditation is not enough to keep my mental health at ease
Incorporating MOVEMENT, like yoga or the gym, along with these spiritual practices are the holy trinity for me to be in alignment
